CANCELLING/CHANGING AN ORDER

Any order which has been placed through our online system or through phone, it is a commitment to purchase. We will try our best to accommodate an "after order” request, however Reptile Mart Inc. cannot guarantee and has no responsibility for being able to modify or cancel any order.

For order that is paid by email money transfer (EMT) and would like it to be cancel - we will refund the order by email money transfer (EMT), however the email money transfer (EMT) transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply once the order has already been packed.

PROVIDING CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

It is important for you to ensure that a correct and complete address information has been provided. Any type of incorrect information given such as wrong street number, postal code, missing suite or apartment number will cause your package to be undelivered or dislocated. Please noted, shipping charges for an address correction fee will be billed to you and an invoice via email will be sent if these charges have been applied. In addition, we cannot be responsible for making any claims on your behalf with the shipping company if you make special requests such as to leave your package in a specific location either at your address or at your neighbours.

1. Glass Products
We do recommend you to arrange insurance on your own if required, as no carriers will insure glass items. Reptile Mart Inc. is not responsible for damage to any glass products such as but not limited to aquariums/terrariums/lamps/lightings damaged in shipment. Glass products that have been used are not returnable under any circumstances.  

2. Canada Post (regular parcel service)
As there is no insurance provided by this service, Reptile Mart Inc. is not responsible to file claims should you choose this service, all claims will be denied. We do recommend to choose Expedited Parcel Service.
